The Property: This pretty villa enjoys a 180° view over a succession of gentle rolling hills and the Mediterranean. From this ideal location and privileged environment one can discover the French Riviera and its lifestyle "away from the crowd". The villa has been recently built using only the finest traditional materials combining style and refinement with every comfort. The garden, entirely closed and private, has been tastefully landscaped. The lawn is bordered by oleanders, bamboos, roses and lavender while the swimming pool (10 x 4 m) is surrounded by large sunbathing terracotta tiled terraces. There is a house pool with comfortable garden furniture and a private shower. The typical summer dining area has a large barbecue and is flanked by a "garden" apartment together with twin beds and its own bathroom and toilet. The property itself, beautifully appointed, can comfortably welcome another 6 adults and a child in a fourth small bedroom. The master bedroom is on the upper level.

In the kitchen, there is a 4 ring stove, clothes dryer, dishwasher, freezer, fridge, grill, microwave, oven, washing machine. In the living room there is a fireplace, a sofabed, and living area for 8 people. The dining area has seating for 10 people. There are 3 bathroom, 1 shower room and 1 WC. There are 4 bedrooms (2 doubles, 1 twin, 1 single) and they sleep a maximum of 7 people. For entertainment there is an audio tape player, a cd, radio, a stereo system, tv and video player. Outside, there is a barbecue, a garage, parking, swimming pool, terrace and 4 garden chairs. Children welcome, pets not allowed.

Location: The villa lies in a peaceful residential area of the picturesque village of Tourettes-sur-Loup, less than 10 minutes past the world-renowned village of Saint Paul de Vence. The villa is situated 20 minutes away from the sea and the international airport of Nice-Cote d'Azur, 30 minutes to Antibes, 40 minutes to Cannes and Monaco.

Travelling: The nearest international airport is Nice at 30 kilometres. The nearest beach is 30 kilometres. The nearest railway station is Nice at 30 kilometres. A car is necessary.
