The Property: WONDERFUL SETTING for this beautiful villa. Sleeps 6 adults comfortably in three bedrooms. Peaceful and secluded, but only 5 minutes from the village (by car) Two restaurants within walking distance. Beaches, lakes and gorges only 15 miles. Nice and Toulon airports 1 hour.

Extra information: The villa has towels and linen provided. In the kitchen, there is a clothes dryer, freezer, fridge, grill, hob, microwave, oven and washing machine. The living room has seating for 8 people. The dining area has a child's highchair and seating for 8 people. There is 1 bathroom,1 shower room and 3WCs. There are 3 bedrooms (2 doubles, 1 twin, 1 cot) and they sleep a maximum of 6 people. For entertainment there is a cd player, a radio, satellite or cable, tv and video player.

Outside, there is a balcony, barbecue, garden, parking swimming pool, terrace and 8 garden chairs. Children welcome, pets not allowed, suitable for elderly or infirm, wheelchair inaccessible.

Local activities include cycling, fishing, golf, horse riding, mountain biking, sailing, swimming, tennis, walking, wind-surfing.

This villa is semi-detached - back-to-back - and is south facing. Comfortably furnished to a very high standard. Beautifully decorated in Provencal style and colours. Light and airy, with enormous living room with two double doors leading to the terraces. The well equipped breakfast kitchen (with an American fridge that makes ice!) opens on to the terrace beside the pool. The pool is 10 m x 5 m with steps down at shallow end. Gradual sloping bottom from 1.0 m to 1.7 m. The pool is not fenced, but does have a pool alarm in accordance with the French law. English neighbour taking bookings for French owners.

Location: The villa is outside the village of Callas, in beautiful countryside -one of the most scenic areas in the Heart of Provence. Callas a medieval village set in the hills between the pines and the vines. The village is 5 minutes by car (butcher, baker, grocer, newsagent, post office, tobacconist, bars and restaurants) There are two restaurants within walking distance. The A8 Autoroute is 15 minutes away (Junction 36) giving easy access to the whole of the French Riviera Beaches are 15 miles

Travelling The nearest international airports is Nice or Toulon at 43 miles. The nearest beach is 15 miles. Nearest ferry port: Nice or Toulon at 43 miles. The nearest railway station is Les Arcs at 10 miles. Nearest motorway junction is Le Muy at 8 miles Car is recommended

The price includes bed linen, towels, gas and electricity. There are no extras to pay.
25% Reservation Fee is paid by way of an advance of rent. Balance due 6 weeks before rental begins, together with a returnable Security Deposit of £500 (for breakages etc). Normal availability: May to September inclusive. Changeover day: Saturday.
