The Property: This spacious modern apartment (sleeps 8) is located on the first floor of a small block of flats on Boulevard Montfleury near the centre of Cannes. Surrounded by beautiful palm trees and mature yuccas, the flat is an oasis of calm and peace, as it is set well back from the main road. The apartment has been completely redecorated, equipped and furnished this year, so everything is in perfect working order. There are two double bedrooms and two sofa beds in the living room, which can be divided by a curtain to provide privacy at night. Just 20 minutes walk to the Palais des Festivals and 15 minutes to the famous beaches of the Croisette - this is a great base for either corporate clients or a family holiday in the sun.

Extra information: The apartment (68 m²) has central heating, internet access, a telephone, towels and linen are provided. In the kitchen, there is 4 ring stove, microwave, dishwasher, freezer, fridge, grill hob, oven and washing machine. The living room has a sofabed and seating for 8 people. The dining area has seating for 8 people. There are 2 bathrooms. The 2 bedrooms will sleep 4 people. In the lounge there are 2 sofa beds that will sleep 4 people. For entertainment there is a cd player, a radio, and cable tv.

Outside, there is a balcony, garden, parking and there are 4 sun loungers and seating with table and chairs for 8 people. Children welcome, pets not allowed, unsuitable for elderly or infirm, wheelchair inaccessible.

Local activities include cycling, diving, fishing, golf, horse riding, paragliding, roller blading, sailing, surfing, swimming, tennis, walking, water skiing, wind-surfing

Also included in the apartment are a telephone/fax/internet, DVD player, ceiling fans in bedrooms and electric gates. There are regular bus and train services to old villages and interesting towns in Provence such as Grasse, Mougin, St. Tropez, St Paul de Vence, Nice and Monaco.

Location: Nice airport is a 30 minutes' drive from the apartment. You can either hire a car at the airport or take a direct coach service between Nice airport and Cannes departing every half hour. There are also frequent trains from Nice station to Cannes. Telephone Janine Hulard to advise your arrival time. Janine can make arrangements to collect you from the airport. She will await your arrival and will show you around the villa. She will be pleased to answer any questions you may have regarding the apartment or area. Janine can be contacted at any time with any queries. She will also come on your departure to check that the apartment is returned in good order and to collect the keys.

Travelling: The nearest international airport is Nice at 35 kilometres. The nearest beach is 1 kilometres. The nearest railway station is Cannes at 1 kilometres. Nearest motorway junction is Cannes Centre at 2 kilometres.
