*Christmas and New Years are high season. Linens supplied. Final cleaning 60 Euros payable on departure. Non-refundable 30% deposit due on booking. Final payment is due 8 weeks before arrival. Damage deposit of 1 weeks rent in check due on arrival and will be returned within 2 weeks of departure.
