The Property: Glyfada is the most cosmopolitan suburb of Athens. Only 15klm away from Syntagma square (Athens centre) and the Acropolis area. Glyfada is where one can have all kinds of leisure activities, the widest choice of Greek and International cuisine in the most sophisticated seaside restaurants, participate in a Golf Tournament and all that within walking distance from the apartment (sleeps 4). Glyfada has the most beautiful coastline with many marinas along with the swimming areas. Situated in an ideal location for travelling to the islands or to the mainland - only half an hour's drive to the main seaports (Rafina and Piraeus).

Location: Glyfada is situated on south coast of Athens and it is the most cosmopolitan place of all Athens. It is just 30 minutes from Cape Sounion, the lowest southern point, and 20 minutes from the centre of Athens. In Athens you can visit all the museums and Historic centre.

10 minutes walk from the apartment. The Glyfada Golf Course is the biggest, most organised and beautiful in Greece.

Travelling: The nearest international airports is at 20 kilometres. The nearest beach is 100 metres. Nearest railway station at 15 kilometres. Nearest motorway junction: 20 kilometres. Car: not necessary.

If you are interested in booking the flat you are inquired to send 40% of the charge as a down payment and the rest of the money should be paid 4 weeks prior to your arrival.
If the apartment is rented for more than 2 weeks, a 10% discount is applied to the total bill.
