A large lounge diner with 3 piece suite, dining table and chairs toseat 6 people, satellite TV / sky digital, video and DVD player.

A fully fitted and equipped kitchen with fridge freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave and small table and chairs. All cutlery and crockery is provided. The kitchen opens onto the large balcony. The large terrace has a table and chairs to seat 6 and a built in BBQ, with fabulous views of the garden, pool and golf course Also available is a washing airer, iron and ironing board, hairdryer, travel cot and high chair. There is a combined air conditioning/heating system throughout the apartments to ensure your comfort whatever the weather. There is ample parking in front of the apartments and for added security each apartment has its own space in the secure underground parking area. All bedding is provided, and a hand and bath towel is available for each person with additional hand towels in the bathrooms.

The apartments will be fully cleaned with bed linen and towels changed for your arrival. If your stay is for longer than a week then a further clean and change will be arranged. Children are very welcome, no pets are allowed and the apartments are non-smoking.

Location: Vilamoura is situated an easy 20 minutes drive from Faro Airport. This environmentally protected region is renowned for its natural beauty and local attractions. Vilamoura is a year-round resort, famous for its world-class golf courses, beautiful Falesia beach and lively marina with restaurants, bars, shops and casino. The resort of Albufeira is only about 15 minutes drive away.

The apartments are situated directly on the Millennium and Laguna Golf complex, minutes walk from the Club house with bar and restaurant. Villamoura's three other golf courses are just a few minutes drive away. Courses at Vale do Lobo and Quinta do Lago are about 15 minutes drive away. For evenings it is only a short drive or taxi ride to the Vilamoura Marina's restaurants, bars, shops and casino. The resort of Albufeira is only about 15 minutes drive away.

Travelling: The nearest international airport is Faro at 30 kilometres. The nearest beach is 2 kilometres. The nearest motorway junction is 5 kilometres. A car is recommended.

When a booking is confirmed a deposit of 20% of the total cost is requested - this deposit is non-refundable. Payment of the balance is due 8 weeks prior to departure. Bookings made within 8 weeks of departure will be subject to immediate payment of the full amount. A security deposit of £120 or €170 is required with your final payment, this will be refunded 7 days after leaving the apartment less the costs of any major damage or breakages.

Cancellation Refunds:
6 - 8 weeks 50% of rate refunded
2 - 6 weeks 25% of rate refunded
Less than 2 weeks no refund

Upon receipt of your deposit you will receive written confirmation of your booking. Following confirmation of your flight details, directions to the apartment and details regarding collection of the keys etc. will be forwarded to you.
