The Property: 'Casa Feliz' is a beautiful and spacious villa in an exclusive location. It has it's own private swimming pool (4.5 meters x 8 meters) and plenty of surrounding terrace and sun beds to soak up the rays....The accommodation comprises of 3 large bedrooms (one on the ground floor) all with en-suite bathrooms with an additional cloakroom. There is an upstairs gallery room with distant sea views - spectacular in the evening.This area has a two-seated sofa bed, a video player and a small fridge! The kitchen, with white units and a black granite worktop, comes fully equipped with dishwasher, w/machine, microwave, gas hob and oven. There is a large stand-alone fridge to keep you in ice-cold drinks for many nights! There is a breakfast table in the kitchen and a large dining table (seats 10) in the open plan sitting area that stretches from the front of the villa to the back. The villa is air-conditioned. Extra information: The villa (252 m²) has air-conditioning, central heating, jacuzzi, with towels and linen provided. In the kitchen, there is a 4 ring stove, dishwasher, freezer, a fridge, grill, hob, microwave, oven and washing machine. The living room has a fireplace, a sofabed and seating for 8 people The dining area has seating for 10 people. There are 3 bathrooms and 1 WC. There are 3 bedrooms (3 twins, 1 sleeping gallery) and they sleep a maximum of 8 people. For entertainment, there is an audio tape player, a cd player, radio, satellite or cable, stereo system, DVD and video player.

Outside, there is a balcony, barbecue, garden, parking, swimming pool, terrace and 8 garden chairs. Children welcome, long term renters welcome, pets not allowed, suitable for elderly or infirm, wheelchair accessible.

There are three bedrooms with twin beds (although they can be pushed together!) and in the lounge area, there is one two-seater settee that would be more than adequate for one adult or two children and then a further two-seater settee of a similar size in the gallery area.

Location: Perfectly located 20 minutes from the airport, close to the facilities of Almancil and Loule. 10 minutes from the night life of Val de Lobo & Quinta de Lago. 7 golf courses within 15 mins drive.

This is a golfers haven - you can play golf all year round! There are 7 courses within 15 minutes of 'Casa Feliz' including the famous San Lorenzo course, the Royal and Ocean Courses at Vale de Lobo and the classic 'Old Course' at Vilamoura. The villa surrounds are secure and there is also plenty of space in the entrance for golf clubs. Barrington's Golf Academy with driving range and golf pro's is 10 minutes away and a multiple of golf shops - 40 minutes from Spain and many more golf courses. Two major tennis centres (David Loyd and Jim Stewart), and horse riding centres are nearby. We have just bought a brand new full size table tennis table which is great fun for both adults and children. It can be set up (very easily...) on the back terrace where there is plenty of space for lively contests!

'Casa Feliz' is very child-friendly - it is totally enclosed and secure. The gallery room has a games/card table with chess, draughts and ludo etc., a video player and board games. With its own private pool and with the additional facility of satellite TV, children will have plenty to do. Within 20 minutes of the villa there are two theme/water parks with crazy golf, dolphin shows, go-karting, the Zoo Marine and water slides etc.

Travelling: The nearest international airports is 15 minutes at 20 kilometres. The nearest beach is 6 kilometres. The nearest motorway junction is Junction 12 A22. A car is recommended.

A reduction of £95 for 5 people and £190 for 4 people will be available between November and February. Changeover day is Saturday although some flexibility in low season. Check-in is from 3.00pm on the day of arrival through to 10.00am on the day of departure. A welcome pack is included.
To secure the booking a 30% deposit of the total amount will be required within 7 days of confirming your reservation. The outstanding balance must be settled six weeks prior to departure.
Cancellation and booking fees will apply. A refundable deposit of £200 will be required. Changeover day is Saturday.
