The Property: Welcome to Villa Serena....This beautiful modern 'art deco' style property offers comfortable accommodation for up to 8 persons. The terraces to the front offer views to the valley and ocean beyond with Albufeira Old Town a 10 minute car drive away. The villa east facing offers early morning sunbathing before taking the plunge into the inviting pool, which is heated for those cooler evenings or late holidays.

Villa Serena offers all bedrooms with en-suite modern bathrooms all with ocean views. Outside dining is a must! with the large barbeque area to the side of the pool where pre-dinner drinks can be taken. The beautiful beaches of Gale' & Sao Rafael are within an easy 25/30 mins. walk or 10 mins. by car. For the golf lovers Salgados golf between Albufeira and Armacao is a compact course backing onto the beach giving it a Scottish Links course feeling. For the Tennis enthusiast Montechero tennis club in Albufeira offers 8 clay surface courts.

Extra Information: Villa Serena has central heating, linen provided, a safe and towels are provided. In the kitchen there is a 4 ring stove, a clothes dryer, a dish washer, a freezer, fridge, grill, hob, oven and washing machine.

The main bedroom has a king size bed the terrace is 40m2. Each of the remaining bedrooms have large single beds. Outside there are 6 sun loungers and drink tables for the pool area . In the Living Room there is a sofabed, while in the dining room there is seating for 8 people. There are three bathrooms and 1 WC. There are 3 bedrooms (1 double, 2 twins), which sleep a maximum of 8 people. For entertainment there is an audio tape player, cd, radio, stereo system, tv and video player.

Outside there is a balcony, barbecue, garage, garden, parking, terrace, 6 garden chairs and 6 beach chairs. There is an outdoor pool.

Location: Villa Serena lies some 2 kms. from the old town of Albufeira and approx. 1 km. from the newly constructed Marina with its restaurants and shopping facilities to shortly be opened. Within a 5 min. walk you have supermarket shopping of excellent choice, Portuguese restaurants of good value and several small cafe's. Within a 15 min. drive you have all the main line shopping facilities of the Algare shopping with many leading brand name anchor stores, Cinema and Continente supermarket.

Travelling: Faro airport is 30 kilometres away. The nearest railway station is Albufeira at 5 kilometres away. The closest motorway junction is IP1 to Lisbon at 2 kilometres. A car is recommended.
