lovely three bedroom duplex house and a two bedroom apartment
next to a nine-hole golf course (completed in 2004) and close
to the beach. The properties are set in a seaside complex
and are surrounded by spacious communal gardens, a tennis
court and two pools. The beach is only a two minute walk away.
There are many facilities nearby, including bars and two restaurants
on the complex and many others nearby
The three
bedroom duplex house: It has three bedrooms, two bathrooms
and sleeps a maximum of seven people with a total floor area
of 85 m². You have access to a swimming pool
The ground
floor of the property comprises a large open plan living/dining
area with 2 sofas, fireplace, dining table and chairs. This
leads on to the spacious terrace with outdoor seating for
8 people. There is also a modern kitchen and bathroom as well
as a utility room inside the main entrance. Tiled stairs lead
to the upstairs landing and the double bedroom, 2 twin bedrooms
and a 2nd bathroom. All bedrooms have fitted wardrobes and
one has a small balcony overlooking the new golf course and
the sea.
The two
bedroom apartment: It has two bedrooms, one bathroom and sleeps
a maximum of six people with a total floor area of 60 m².
It has access to a swimming pool.
South
facing terrace, overlooking communal gardens and pools. Mediterranean
beach at the end of the seaside promenade (1 minute walk)
Mar Menor beach across the road (3 min walk) Close to golf
(La Manga Club), water sports and horse riding. Restaurants
and bars within walking distance, at least one all year round
restaurant on complex. Snack bar and beach bar open according
to season.
Extra
information: All linen and towels will be provided. The
kitchen has a freezer, fridge, grill, hob, microwave, oven
and washing machine. In the living room there is a TV and
DVD player

What
a location! You will be located on a superb complex, with
all the facilities that are needed for an enjoyable holiday,
next door to a superb golf course and only two minutes away
from the beach.
La Manga
is a narrow peninsular, situated on the Costa Calida, in between
the Mar Menor and the Mediterranean. The properties are located
at the northern end of the La Manga strip in the area of Veneziola.
La Manga is half an hours drive from Murcia airport and Cartagena
, the nearest town. Alicante is a 1hour drive from La Manga.
There
is a new shopping centre located next to the marina, a five
minute drive from the properties. At the beginning of the
strip, you'll find Cabo de Palos, an old fishing village with
fantastic seafood restaurants, a Sunday market and a very
famous lighthouse. Further on from there is the Calblanque
nature reserve. There are lots of places for children to play,
including a large fun park at the beginning of the strip and
many more seasonal play areas and tivolis.
There
are numerous sporting facilities in the area. La Manga is
famous for its water sports, sailing, wind surfing, kite surfing
and scuba diving. There are two golf courses under construction
and the famous La Manga Club with it's golf and tennis facilities
is nearby. There is also a stable for anyone interested in
horse riding and plenty of places from where to rent bikes
or boats
