The Property: These newly finished apartments (each sleeps 4) are situated at the prestigious Alhaurin Golf complex on a walking distance from the clubhouse. Enjoying frontline position, the apartments are just 5 minutes from Alhaurin el Grande, 10 minutes from Mijas,15-20 minutes from the beach,20 minutes from the airport and 30 minutes from Marbella.The apartments have a beautiful position,surrounded by tropical gardens and a swimming pool. There is an excellent restaurant on site and many others in the vicinity. Besides the obvious attraction of the golf course there are other activities such as tennis, horse riding plus access to the private swimming pool. There is somebody on the spot who is responsible for the apartments.

Extra information: The apartment (100 m²) has air-conditioning, central heating and linen is provided. In the kitchen, there is a 4 ring stove, dish washer, freezer, fridge, hob, microwave, oven and washing machine

The dining area has seating for 4 people. There is one bathroom. There are two bedrooms (2 twins, 1 cot) sleeping a maximum of four people. For entertainment there a cd player, a radio, satellite or cable tv.

Outside there is a garden, parking, a swimming pool, a tennis court, a terrace and 4 garden chairs. Children are welcome and pets are considered.
Local activities include cycling, diving, fishing, golf, horse riding, mountain biking, mountaineering, sailing, surfing, swimming, tennis, walking, water skiing, wind-surfing.

In addition to the above, all charges include bed linen, electricity and cleaning (on departure).

Whatever your holiday criteria are: relaxing, a golfing holiday, a family holiday...this is the right location. Quiet but easily accessible.

On the main course the fairways are long and narrow with greens protected by a fierce array of bunkers, lakes and gardens, but the fact that there are up to 6 different teeing areas at each hole means that the course can be adapted to any level of skill.

Travelling: The nearest international airport is Malaga at 20 kilometres away. The nearest beach is 15 kilometres. A car is necessary.
