acre state, it offers a spectacular panorama of sea and mountains.
The villa shares a large pool and is a 1 minute stroll from
the famous Santa Clara Golf course.

4 of the bedrooms benefiting from designer en-suite bathroom/shower
rooms with a further bathroom + shower/toilet.
There
is a luxury kitchen/diner with all the mod-con appliance required
for at home entertaining and the creative chef in the party!
A separate dining room with suite overlooks the private garden
and opens onto the open-plan lounge area. The lounge has large
patio doors opening to the private terrace and garden areas.
The Villa (semi-detached)
is 313 m² and is decorated to a high standard with marble
floors throughout. It has air-conditioning, central heating,
linen provided, safe, sunbed, towels provided. In the kitchen
there is a 4 electrical ring stove, clothes dryer, dish washer,
freezer, fridge, grill, hob, microwave, oven, washing machine.
In the living room there is a fireplace, sofabed, living area
seating for 8 people. In the dining room there is seating
for 8 people. There are 6 bathrooms. There are 6 bedrooms
(2 doubles and 4 twins) which sleep a maximum of 12 people.
For entertainment
there is: audio tape player, cd, radio, satellite , stereo
system and tv
Outside there is a balcony, garage, garden, parking, swimming
pool, terrace, 10 garden chairs

Location: The villa is situated close to Marbella, one

Travelling?
From Malaga ( or Malaga airport ):Drive towards Algeciras
as you exit Malaga or the airport following the N-340. Upon
arrival to Fuengirola you should keep on the N-340 which drives
close to the sea ( avoid the Toll motorway ).Santa Clara is
easily accessible and well posted after driving past Elviria
and just a few meters before the Hospital del Mar.Once taking
the appropiate exit ( Los Monterios / Hospital del Mar ) at
km 187,5 please follow the signs towards Santa Clara golf
until you arrive to the security gate where our key holder
will meet you.
From Gibraltar:
You must drive towards Marbella ( recommend Toll motorway
) and once you drive close to Marbella town please ensure
to follow the signs to Malaga by the N-340 ( NOT the toll
motorway anymore ). Shortly after driving by the sea once
you leave Marbella behind you, please take exit at Km 187,5
Los Monteros / Hospital del Mar. Santa
Clara is easily accessible and well posted. Please follow
the signs towards Santa Clara golf until you arrive to the
security gate where our key holder will meet you.

Notes to the rental rates
A 25% booking deposit is required upon reservation. A week's
deposit is required 15 days prior arrival toghether will
full payment. Payment is only accepted in Euros unless the
currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance.
A selection of fresh food will be available upon arrival.
Maid service once a week including linen change. Additional
services maybe offered upon request ( daily maid, baby sitting,
chauffeur, airport pick up, etc ). Changeover normally Saturday
but we will be flexible particularly off peak season.
