The
Property: This exclusive well appointed villa overlooks
the Mediterranean (it is 400m above sea level) and the beautiful
nearby town of Mijas. The villa is fully air-conditioned.
There are one double master bedroom with ensuite bathroom
and two twin bedrooms sleeping up to 7 people (a full-size
folding bed is also available). The third bedroom is a twin
turret bedroom and there is a separate shower room. The American
kitchen with utility room and large lounge offer panoramic
views of the breathtaking scenery overlooking the Mediterranean
Sea towards Gibraltar. On a clear day, you can see the mountains
of Africa! It has satellite TV showing the Sky Family Package,
a CD and radio/cassette player. Externally there is a terrace
with a large pool (8x4m) set in private gardens featuring
a BBQ, outside dining area with garden furniture, and a garage.
The property benefits from the exclusivity given by the security
gates at the entrance to the development complex and is flanked
by other villas.
Extra
information: There is a local manager who is available
to provide any information and assistance required. The pool
and garden will be maintained once a week. Clean linen and
towels are provided once a week, but please bring your own
pool and beach towels!
Local activities include swimming, golf (33 courses on the
Costa del Sol, several very near), tennis, walking, sailing,
cycling, fishing, horse riding, wind-surfing, water skiing,
mountain biking, aquaparks, amusement parks, and other attractions.
Andalucia has something for everyone: the holiday towns of
the Costas (Malaga, Torremolinos, Marbella and Fuengirola)
and the miles of clubs, bars, cafes, golf clubs and beaches
that line a rocky coast. For cultural visitors, the highlights
are the cities of Seville, Cordoba and Granada. For wildlife
enthusiasts, there are some of the highest mountains in Europe
(including Europe's southernmost skiing resort) and marshlands
crowded with flamingos.
Travelling:
Mijas is 5 mins by car, Fuengirola and the beach are 10 mins
by car and Marbella 20 mins. The nearest international airport
is Malaga (10 miles). Check for flights with Easyvalue, Easyjet,

Notes
to the Rental rates
Supplement for a 7th person per week is £50
(€ 75). Non-refundable deposit of 10% (min. £250
or €375)required to secure the booking. Balance due 8
weeks before holiday with a refundable deposit of 10% (minimum
£250 or €375). Payment is accepted by cheque or
bank transfer in Pounds Sterling or Euros (bank accounts held
in the United Kingdom and Spain). A discount of 20% is offered
to people booking for 3 weeks or more during the winter season
(November to March) but in this case the full electricity
costs will be payable.
We give
an electricity allowance of 100kW per week and anything above
this is charged at 10p (0.15 EUR) per kW. Please make sure
you read the electricity meter with our Manager on start and
finish of your holiday.
If you
have to cancel your holiday before having paid the full amount
(8 weeks beforehand), we will refund your deposit less an
administration charge of £25 (€40) If we are able
to re-book the same week/s. If you have paid in full, the
cancellation charges are as follows:
4 - 8 weeks: 50% of rate refunded
2 - 4 weeks: 25% of rate refunded
less than 2 weeks: no refund
UNLESS we are able to re-book any time up to the holiday,
in which case we will refund your full payment plus deposit
less the administration charge as above.
