The Property: Villa 'Chabrol' is a superb new villa with a lovely panoramic view on the Sea. It is totally independent and peaceful. It is a showcase of antiques, comfortable furnishings, convenience and window screens in every room. The living-room is exquisite and huge with French doors leading onto the large furnished panoramic terrace. The terracotta floors with mosaic are works of art. Comfortable leather couches and carpets feature the lounge perfect for relaxing. Red velour seats, wooden handmade table and a caryatid sideboard offer a lovely atmosphere in a careful lighting.

Extra information: Newly fitted kitchen with pink and grey marble counter incorporating dishwasher, electrical oven and all modern appliances. A large master bedroom with a comfortable queen size bed, two mirrors wardrobe, a nice drawer has an ensuite new tiled marble bathroom with tub. The two other bedrooms have wooden floor and are close to a fine bathroom with a coloured glass brick shower and Carrara marbles. A perfect accommodation for people searching for a high standing quality and a complete privacy.

Our guests have the unique opportunity to sunbathe or make al fresco candlelit dinners on the large terrace bordered of white balustrade with a majestic marble stair leading to the Mediterranean garden. This garden is planted with specimen shrubs and flowers that are planned to give beauty throughout the year. In a short walk you can reach the bus stop where you can catch a bus to go downtown or in a 5 minutes you can sit at one of the best fish restaurants on Italian Riviera called 'Ulisse' or you can walk about 40 minutes to enter in a typical medioeval village with Ligurian alleys and unforgettable seaview.

On request our Clients can ask:
- from approx. middle of June to middle of September a reservation on the sandy beaches 3 kms. Far from the villa ( deckchairs and sun umbrella + an outdoor shared pool) . It is also possible to ask for a private parking open night and day close to these beaches and restaurants, banks, coffee bars, supermarket (kindly ask us the exact prices for this service).
- transfer from Nice airport to the villa by an airconditioned Audi Volkswagen + driver at a price of Euro 150.
- Transfer from Sanremo railway station to villa at a price of Euro 30.
- Food and beverages bought before the arrival of the guests and put in the fridge for a price of Euro 15 + cost of shopping.
All these services should be asked at the booking receipt and paid in advance.

Villa Chabrol is nestled in a hilly amphitheatre in blossom of flowers cultivations with every colour and species. Peaceful location with wonderful view over Sanremo gulf. Sanremo is a traditional and important seaside and winter tourism resort. It is reachable by motorway and rail and it is just 40 minutes' drive far from Montecarlo and 1 hour's from Nice airport.

The art nouveau style characterizes the town with its sumptuous villas and monumental casinò. You will discover "La Pigna", the ancient nucleus of Sanremo founded around the year one thousand made up of stone alleys, small squares, covered passsageways, ancient houses.

The rental week is from Saturday to Saturday.
We welcome our guests after 4 p.m. and before 7 p.m. Their departure from our villa will be effectued about 9 a.m.
