The Property: Fabulous Orlando vacation home rental set amongst the rolling hills near Splendid China yet only minutes to Disney, this villa is the perfect holiday location. Set amongst the surrounding rolling hills it is a tranquil spot that belies its proximity to the nearby theme parks.This villa is in a quiet and peaceful location where you can rest away from the hustle and bustle of the theme parks, and yet in minutes you can sample everything that has made Florida the holiday and vacation centre of the world.A fabulous selection of golf courses are nearby, and we leave out 2 sets of golf clubs for your use.

Extra information: The Living Room overlooks the swimming pool and pine shrub with patio doors leading to the covered lanai.There are comfortable seats and a stereo CD/Radio system and a large cable TV with VCR. There is a selection of videos and books to choose from.Dining AreasA formal table which will seat 6, and a bar area in the kitchen with 3 stools.For more informal eating there is a table with padded chairs that will seat 6. This is in the covered part of the lanai, and a ceiling fan keeps the heat of the day at bay, so you can eat in comfort by the pool. A fully equipped kitchen supplies all your holiday needs with everything from an electric tin-opener to an ice-maker.Features include:Dishwasher, Large fridge-freezer with icemaker, Electric range cooker, Microwave, Double sink with waste disposal. There is a utility room which contains a washing machine and tumble dryer. There is a washing line in the garage to dry clothing that is not suitable for the tumble drier, and an iron and ironing board.

The front master bedroom has a king-sized bed, remote control colour TV, radio alarm clock and a ceiling fan.The ensuite bathroom has a large shaped bath, with over shower, basin with hollywood style mirror above, a toilet and large walk-in wardrobe. The back master has a king-sized bed, remote control colour TV, radio alarm clock and a ceiling fan.There are patio doors leading to the lanai and pool area. The ensuite bathroom has a walk-in shower, basin with hollywood style mirror above, a toilet and a large walk-in wardrobe.Front and Back Twin Rooms have twin beds with ample storage space with chest of drawers and wardrobes. They each have a small TV/VCR that will also accept games. A third bathroom is sited between the two rooms with a bath with overhead shower, basin with hollywood style mirror above and toilet.

The villa has a Home Office located in the front master bedroom. There is also a games area (see photo), ideal for keeping those bored teenagers amused; this has table football (foosball), air-hockey plus the all-essential portable music system and a portable fan. A south-facing pool and lanai ensure you get the best of the weather in winter as well as summer. We provide comfortable sun-loungers as well as chairs and stools.The pool is 26' x 13' with spray jets and a gently shaped area with steps at the low end, and a seating ledge at the deep end. The pool and lanai area can be illuminated for night swimming.

Pool Heating (usually required October to April) $150 / £95 per week if paid in advance.

A deposit of 25% is required at the time of booking and the balance is payable 8 weeks prior to departure date. If the booking is made 8 weeks or less from the date of departure the full amount is required at the time of booking.

The deposit will be treated as part payment of the total amount due. If the balance is not paid 8 weeks prior to the departure date, the owners shall have the right to cancel the booking without further notice. In the event of cancellation for any reason, deposits and final balances are not refundable. If clients cancel the holiday, or we have to cancel the arrangements due to clients failure to pay the balance due within the time allowed before departure, the cancellation charges are as follows:
