Conveniently located on Highway 27, (just 2 minutes from Interstate 4), in the picturesque sub-division of Santa Cruz in Davenport, Orlando, the community enjoys an enviable location that is both secluded and tranquil, whilst still being close to all the major Theme Parks and attractions. The villa is available for rent all year round, at reasonable rates.

Extra Information: The comfortable lounge area is tastefully furnished with matching Loveseat and Queen size sofa (bed), end tables, reading lamps, coffee table, 32” cable television with remote control, and DVD Player, offering plenty of room for the whole family to relax. Finished off with co-ordinated window-dressings throughout, the home offers a warm and welcoming atmosphere.

A telephone is available to keep in touch with family and friends from the comfort of the home. Local calls are free – (ideal for ordering take-away meals!) - and phone cards can be used for longer distance calls. Overlooking the Dining area, the fully equipped kitchen includes gas stove, eye-level microwave, refrigerator / freezer, coffee maker, toaster, all cook ware, crockery, cutlery, glasses, - and the all-important Dishwasher - everything you require to prepare a meal, with no need to do the washing up afterwards!

Situated beyond the Lounge, to the rear of the home and with views to the pool area, through full width patio doors, the Dining Area can comfortably accommodate six people and is perfect for both formal and informal dining.

Overlooking the pool, the master bedroom has a Queen size bed with carved wooden headboard, matching dressing table and bedside cabinets, reading lamps, clock / radio and remote control cable television. A built-in closet provides ample additional storage space.The en suite bathroom, with power shower, is smartly fitted out with matching towels and provides direct access to the pool area.

The screened pool accommodates a shaded informal seating area furnished with patio table and chairs - the ideal spot to cool off with a relaxing drink whilst enjoying open views to Orange Groves at the rear of the home. Sun-loungers are also provided for those who prefer to bask in the beautiful Florida sunshine. Accessible internally, via the Lounge, the garage is at your disposal for private parking.Located at the rear of the garage are laundry facilities including washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board.

Shops, supermarkets (24 hour Wal Mart 5 minutes) and Restaurants are all close-by and it is only a short ride to the bustling areas of Kissimmee, Lake Buena Vista and International Drive, where there are many opportunities to purchase designer goods are heavily discounted prices.

There are also several first-class golf courses in the immediate vicinity, for those who like a round, and green fees tend to be reasonable.

Walt Disney World is just 11 miles away - 15 minutes in a car. Visit the famous theme park and see, among too many other magical sights to mention here, Cinderella's castle and Disney's Animal Kingdom; have a go on some amazing and thrilling rides, and shake hands with the famous Mouse and all his friends!

For the movie lovers among you, a trip to Universal Studios is a must. It is 22 miles from Davenport, and it takes 30 minutes to drive there. Your favourite movies are here transformed into thrilling rides. Special lands and attractions throughout the park cater to both the younger and the older sets. Older children and teenagers love scary stuff, and Universal capitalizes on that, however there are also lots of pre-school favourites as well. The whole family will thoroughly enjoy strolling through the set streets, and of course there is plenty of shopping to be had.

Close to Universal Studios Belz Factory Outlet World in Orlando is the largest factory outlet center in the USA with over 170 outlets in two fully enclosed malls.
