The Property: Peter and Carolyn would like to welcome you to our Florida holiday home in the sun. The villa is currently under construction (started July 2005) and is due to be completed by December 2005, but to allow for possible building delays we are not taking bookings any earlier than February 2006.

This executive villa is of the Tamarind design and is situated on the well regarded Calabay Parc at Tower Lake gated private estate close to the new shopping and entertainment centre at Posner Park, and also close to Davenport. The attractions of Disneyworld at Orlando are only 15 minutes drive away from this fabulous vacation pool home.

It is situated on an oversized lot and is less than 50 metres from the lakeside where you will find various watersports, clubhouse, boat ramp, picnic areas and fishing dock. The villa is not overlooked from the rear, it is fully air-conditioned and provides almost 2,000 square feet of accommodation including:-

2 Master suites with king size beds, spacious walk-in wardrobes, en-suite bathrooms, TVs and access to the poolside and spa complex2 Twin bedded rooms, TVs with shared bathroom. Den with T.V, PS2, DVD player, children’s toys and games chest and sleeper sofa

Fully equipped kitchen with large up-grade fridge/freezer, ice-maker, breakfast area with seating, separate laundry facilities with tumble dryer, iron, ironing board. Spacious family area with TV, DVD player, music centre, leading onto the covered lanai with up-graded poolside seating, table for breakfast by the pool.

Extended deck area to full width of villa for extra space and spa. Two car garage.

All linen, towels are provided. Fully equipped kitchen, all you need to bring is clothing (although remember the excellent outlet shopping nearby) and a toothbrush to enjoy a superb, relaxing holiday home from home

Rental rates start at only £450 / $795 per week for the whole villa irrespective of the number of guests.

Location: Florida is the vacation capital of the world. Generally pointed to as the home of family attractions, Orlando can also point with pride to its fabulous complex of quality golf courses. Known as a golfers haven for it’s 150 challenging golf courses, perfect year-round weather and renowned golf academies, Orlando welcomes rookies, veterans and anyone in between with the golfing bug!

There are also several first-class golf courses in the immediate vicinity, for those who like a round, and green fees tend to be reasonable. Visit Walt Disney World and see, among too many other magical sights to mention here, Cinderella's castle and Disney's Animal Kingdom; have a go on some amazing and thrilling rides, and shake hands with the famous Mouse and all his friends!

For the movie lovers among you, a trip to Universal Studios is a must.Your favourite movies are here transformed into thrilling rides. Special lands and attractions throughout the park cater to both the younger and the older sets. Older children and teenagers love scary stuff, and Universal capitalizes on that, however there are also lots of pre-schoolfavourites as well. The whole family will thoroughly enjoy strolling through the set streets, and of course there is plenty of shopping to be had.

Close to Universal Studios Belz Factory Outlet World in Orlando is the largest factory outlet center in the USA with over 170 outlets in two fully enclosed malls.

Notes to the Rental rates
Bookings are made from the day of arrival (earliest 16:00hrs) until the morning of departure (latest 10:00hrs). For example if you wish to arrive in the afternoon of Saturday 7th January 2006 and leave the following Saturday morning 14th January 2006 you would put these 2 dates on the booking form. The charging period would be 7 days (ie 14 - 7). Similarly for a 2 week stay put Saturday 7th January and Saturday 21st January on the booking form. The charging period in this instance would be 14 days (ie 21- 7).

A non-refundable booking deposit of GBP 100 or USD 150 is required when booking the property (unless the booking is made less than 10 prio to the rental commencement date when full payment is required). The full balance is required along with the security deposit (GBP 250 or USD 400) 10 weeks prior to the rental commencement date.
