This two 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom Perth house is located in the northern suburb of Clarkson, The holiday home is situated in quiet cul-de-sac location. Close to shops, local beaches, marina and golf courses. Fifteen minutes to Joondalup city and world class golf links, and only thirty-five minutes to Perth city the heart of Western Australia.

The holiday home is fully self contained to the highest of standards to make your migration or vacation to Perth Western Australia as comfortable and homely as possible

Extra information: The outdoor area in this home is unique with swimming pool, timber deck and bar to give that tropical feel to your holiday.

Put on the fairy lights at night turn the music down low and relax. Enjoy the balmy summer evenings in this outdoor theme if things get that bit to warm mix yourself a cocktail drop in the pool and cool yourself off.

Location: Fish from local beaches and marina walls, play golf on nearby golf courses, dive and snorkel from local beaches or dive off shore with the local scuba charter .Take a day trip on the Fishing charter boat, bushwalk in surrounding areas, visit the local national park and view the kangaroos emus and koalas in their natural habitat or just enjoy your vacation lazing on the beach and soaking up the sun

We offer a complimentary pick up and drop of from Perth airport on stays of two weeks or longer no matter what time you arrive we will be their in person, to welcome you to Perth western Australia, and take you to our holiday home. If you decide to book with the car hire then we take you to pick up and drop off the hire car, also complimentary .

Upon your arrival we find that most people like to phone home to inform a friend or family that they have arrived safely we therefore now include a complimentary $10.00 phone card so you are able to do so. The holiday home has the basic essentials already for you i.e. tea coffee bread milk etc also complimentary. If you need a meal upon arrival then we are more than happy to nip you up to the many local food outlets.

What's the catch there isn't one we enjoy doing what we do and try to provide you with a service to make your stay in our holiday home as pleasant as possible.

Rental Rates per week:

Notes to the Rental rates
If your booking is longer than 4 weeks your weekly rate for the 5th week on will be reduced to $450.00 excluding the use of the car (Excluding peak periods 1 Oct - 30 April ).

The above rates are based on a family of 4 persons any extra pers will incur a charge of $10 pp/pn. $40 key deposit (refundable). Mid Term and Long Term rentals will be liable for Gas and Electricity charges. Please contact us for conditions of car hire.

If you are making your booking more than 6 weeks prior to the date of commencement of the holiday, one third of the total tariff is required to confirm your booking. The balance is due exactly 6 weeks prior to your holiday. If you are making your booking within 6 weeks of the date of commencement of the holiday, the full tariff is required to confirm the booking. All payments can be made by cheque, Bank Cheque, or Bank transfer. Once your booking has been confirmed and receipted your deposit is non refundable.
