The Property: Amazing condo in the exclusive private “Bay View Grand Resort”, located in residential “Marina Vallarta”, between a spectacular 18-holes golf course and the beach. It is at walking distance from the Marina (10 minutes), offering a variety of restaurants, bars, sidewalk cafés and boutiques. It is only a ten minutes ride in taxi from the international airport to the condo, and a 15 minutes taxi ride from the condo to downtown Puerto Vallarta.

The Bay View Grand resort includes a 400 yards private beach, fine tropical gardens with huge infinity pools (two sections are heated and two sections are not), two tennis courts, private parking and 24-hour security.

There is a snack bar at the pool, where you can order food and drinks while at the pool. There are plenty of taxis available just outside the resort ; you can also order a taxi from the bellboy, and it will pick you up just outside the lobby. There is a large grocery store at walking distance from the condo (15 minutes), or just 2 minutes away in taxi.

This luxury condominium of around 1,400 sq.ft is fully furnished. It is located on the Second floor, and has gorgeous ocean views from the terrace. There are four large elevators from the lobby. Constructed in 2003, adequate for accommodation of up to 6 people.

Good weather is one of the biggest attractions of Puerto Vallarta. Two main seasons can be distinguished: the rainy season extends from June to October and the dry season from November to May. During the rainy season, the climate is wet and hot, with temperatures in the nineties. There is plenty of sun too, but expect almost everyday a late afternoon or night shower; you can also have spells of overcast weather for a few days. Puerto Vallarta is relatively free from hurricanes and tropical storms though. During the dry season, you can expect completely sunny days all the time, with temperatures in the eighties.

Reservation : 30% down payment is required to confirm your reservation, balance required at the latest 20 days before arrival; except high season, X-mas, New Year’s Eve and Easter Weeks when full payment is required 45 days before arrival.

Prices include all taxes and charges! Except in monthly stay, appliances are extra. For stays of 1 week, 1 maid service included; for stays longer than 1 week, 1 weekly maid services included. Additional maid services available for 15 USD

Security Deposit (check not cashed): 500 USD for rentals of 1 to 3 weeks; 900 USD for rentals of 4 weeks and over. Security Deposit check requested. Returned back after the end of the stay, provided the condominium is in good condition.
